What is Wordharvest?
Founded by Anne Hillerman and Jean Schaumberg, in 2002, WORDHARVEST is devoted to the art and craft of writing. From our headquarters in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we celebrate the legacy of iconic mystery author Tony Hillerman with two writing contests: the Tony Hillerman Prize for first mystery novel, and the Tony Hillerman Mystery Short Story Contest.
We also sponsor the Tony Hillerman Writers Conference—a three-day workshop that focuses not only on writing techniques but also on the business of writing. From time to time, Wordharvest also offers one-day writing intensives featuring such topics as travel writing, memoir and writing for children..
Wordharvest workshops are day long intensives across a broad range of literaty styles. To register for a workshop, go our the website, www.wordharvest.com, or call us at 505-471-1565. The website offers more info about the class and the teacher. See below for the full schedule.
